How are seats billed?

Per seat, billed monthly. You can add or remove seats any time from the Teams admin page; we prorate the charge automatically.

How do pooled credits work?

Every Teams subscription comes with a shared credit pool. Any member can spend from the pool to generate a deck; the admin sees per-member usage on the dashboard.

Can members share a brand kit?

Yes — the org brand kit is shared with every member. Only admins can edit it; members inherit the colours, fonts, and voice automatically.

What happens to a member's decks when they leave the team?

Decks the member generated stay with the org; their personal account is unaffected. Admins can transfer ownership of individual decks before removing a member.
