FAQ
Is AskDeck for Enterprise self-serve like the other plans?
No — Enterprise is a partnership by design. Free, Pro, and the AskDeck Teams plan are self-serve. With Enterprise, our team configures SSO, provisions your organization's phone line, countersigns your DPA, connects your tools, and tailors seats and volume to your organization. The “Talk to sales” form starts that conversation.
How is this different from the AskDeck Teams plan?
The Teams plan is self-serve software for a shared workspace — brand kit, library, and credit pool, added in minutes. Enterprise adds the governance, integrations, and white-glove onboarding a security review expects: SSO, org-wide admin and audit, a signed DPA, custom seat counts, a dedicated org phone line, and connectors tailored to your stack. If procurement is involved, this is the tier.
What do you do with our data? Do you train on it?
No. We never train models on your content — it's guaranteed in your Enterprise agreement. Your data is hosted in the United States by default, with EU residency available. We countersign a Data Processing Agreement, and GDPR export and deletion are available today.
How does onboarding work?
We work with you end to end: connect your identity provider for SSO, provision your organization's phone and SMS line, integrate the tools your company runs on, set your seat counts and volume, and countersign your DPA. We tailor each piece to your environment — you don't assemble it yourself.
Can Eric work with the tools we already use, like Microsoft Teams?
Yes. We integrate AskDeck with the tools your company runs on — including the Microsoft Teams app, Google Drive, SharePoint, and Box — and configure them for your environment as part of onboarding. You can also brief Eric by chat, voice, email, and your dedicated org phone line. (Microsoft Teams is Microsoft's chat product, distinct from the AskDeck Teams plan.)
